By working closely with the departments' managers, you have assisted them in improving their work models by better planning their goals (both company and departments wise). You also helped opening communication channels and improving personal skills.
I was pleasantly surprised by the intensity of the change you brought to our company in such a short period of time. This change was, no doubt, the result of your professional guidance of our team.
